Commissions/Client Work

If you would like to commission Banh.ni, please go to the “Contact” page and fill out the form with the subject labelled as “Commissions” and Nini will respond as soon as possible.

All prices will vary. Nini has the right to decline if she feels the request is inappropriate, something she believes she can not do to satisfy the request, or any works of art created by other creators (Fan art may be acceptable but copying/stealing original works by other artists are unacceptable!) A written contract must be discussed and made between both parties on details, prices, deadlines, and copyright claims before starting. After your commission is completed, you are given permission to do as you please with your product, as long as you credit me and do not use for commercial purposes. I would greatly appreciate sharing with credit!

Payment can be made through Venmo, PayPal, check or cash. A percentage of the final payment will be made before starting the commission (down payment.) The final remaining payment will be made after the commission is complete. Please note that extra charges may be included based on any changes made throughout the commission process.

 

Handmade Products

Most products created in this store are either handmade or produced by Nini with love, care, and attention to detail. NIni strives to sell the best quality handmade products. When packaging orders, Nini always does a quality check before sending them out. If you feel your order is not to your satisfaction, please contact Nini and she will help you out as much as possible!

Also note that handmade products will not look identical and will have its own uniqueness! Therefore, some items may be priced differently depending on each product. If Nini deems certain products are not to her upmost satisfaction, she will price them at a discounted price and label them as “Grade B Products.”

All Grade A products are high quality with no flaws, therefore priced normally.

Copyright Claims

All products and art that Nini makes are copyrighted under her name and business. If you buy any of her products, you are allowed to share with credit! If you see anyone sharing her products without credit, claiming it as theirs, or making profit outside of this website or any of my official accounts, they are violating copyright laws and should be reported. Nini would greatly appreciate it if you let her know when someone is stealing her art through the “Contact” page or social media so that she can handle it professionally. Products being sold under her name will only be sold on this website and in person at tabling events or at retail stores that Nini has noted on her website unless otherwise stated by herself. Any other products outside of this website or her official social media accounts are scammers and have stolen her works.

Refunds/Reshipment

Refunds and/or reshipments are only given if products have never arrived to proper destination. To make a refund or reshipment, customers must email me their concern and state their order number or some form of proof of purchase. No real order number or proof means no service! Full refunds can not be made if products were damaged through transit as that is not of my control but small refunds may be compensated depending on situation. Original pieces are not available for reshipment as they are all one of a kind.

Shipping

Currently, Banh.ni will not be shipping internationally outside the United States. After orders are shipped and out of her possession, Nini is not responsible for any lost or damaged products.

Please ensure you choose the correct shipping option or your order will be delayed for incorrect information! Double check the accuracy of your personal information in the check out section before completing your order so Nini can contact you if there is an issue with your order! All orders will be sent to the postal office anytime between 9am-5pm from Mon-Fri. Order arrival will take about 3-7 or 5-10 business days. Please contact Nini asap if your order has not arrived within 2 weeks and she will do her best to assist you!

  • Stamped Envelope Mailing (ITEMS BELOW 5" ONLY): Exactly as stated in the title, this only includes stickers and prints that are smaller than 5”! Memo pads are included but if you order more than two pads, it will NOT fit in the envelopes, therefore, USPS First Class Mailing must be used! Shipped with a stamp. Any other orders, especially larger and thicker must choose an upgraded shipping option. Failure to do so will result in a delay with your order due to inaccurate information!

  • USPS First Class Mailing: Used for all other shop items (prints, multiple large items, etc.) These will be packed in bubble or flat mailers, boxes, or tubes. Prices may vary depending on weight and size of order altogether. You should receive a tracking number.
